Motherscape is an Eastern Suburbs based maternal health business committed to organising thoughtful group activities. Our aim is for mothers to carve out time for themselves to promote connection, self-care and self awareness. 

When things feel like they're all too much; learn to respond instead of react! Come along to this free event and enjoy a relaxing walk in Centennial Park with other mothers, take time to chat and complete a 5 minute guided self reflection activity!
