    MOTHERSHIP:

You’ve Been LED to the MOTHERSHIPA Premier Led Zeppelin ExperienceA sole light appears like a beacon in the night sky. As you walk toward this light, thundering guitars can be heard in the near distance. You approach as the ground shakes from a bombastic throb of bass and drums. Your heart races and your palms sweat; anticipation and excitement overwhelm you. A voice calls to you. And then you see it—the MOTHERSHIP.
MOTHERSHIP is a premier Led Zeppelin outfit hailing from Rochester, New York. Consisting of five seasoned musicians playing music of a band they love, people from all around will love all that this experience has to offer. Playing Zeppelin classics that include Kashmir, Black Dog, Whole Lotta Love, Dazed and Confused, and Heartbreaker, this non-stop joyride of music is a show not to be missed. Come for the music, stay for the spectacle.
You realize that it’s been a long time since you rock and rolled. Climb the stairway and become one with the MOTHERSHIP.

    Marco Altieri – Lead Vocals
Marco leads Mothership with his radiant blue eyes, Jon Bon Jovi quality hair, and a voice that sounds as if Robert Plant gifted part of his. Each one of his performances will leave you shocked that one man can possess so much talent, and leave you wanting more. His abilities bring tears of joy to all those privileged enough to witness his brilliance. He is an inspiration to the youth of the world to front their own rock bands.

    Tony Thireos – Lead Guitar
Tony's guitar skills are known to melt the faces of some and the panties of others.
Tony joined Mothership shortly after buying and mastering a Hal Leonard guitar workbook. His capacity to employ these talents is rare – so much so that he is frequently hailed as Jimmy Page 2.0. Even the most stoic of fans are moved by Tony’s playing, which is made obvious by their sudden impulse to play air guitar while in his presence. Like his contemporary guitar gods, he dislikes it when fat, sweaty metalheads stand in front of him throughout the duration of a gig.

John-Paul Altieri – Bass Guitar, Backing Vocals
John-Paul (“J-P”) - it’s fitting that this man plays bass, much like the great John Paul Jones. J-P is a true bassist: he doesn’t use picks and lets his fingers do the work. Coincidentally, that was also his modus operandi while he was saving himself for marriage.
J-P is often regarded as the hardest-working bass player in the business, which is lucky seeing as he had no interest in learning to play anything cooler. A warning to those J-P-obsessed fans: he is guaranteed to make you wet…from his sweat, that will pour on to you leaving you feeling like you were front row at a GWAR show.

    Rich Rago – Drums
Rich provides the thunderous beats that are the backbone of Mothership. His likeness to John Bonham's sound is unmatched. His perfect timing has been used by many women to regulate their menstrual cycles. Rich began drumming at an early age, mostly because his parents didn’t love him and playing occupied his time. His talent and perseverance to be the best allowed his parents to guiltlessly ignore him.

Mike Thireos – Guitar, Keyboards, Mandolin
Mike is a seasoned professional who has been in too many shitty bands to list. That’s probably why he is most proud of his time in Mothership. He was a child prodigy pianist after being deeply inspired by countless hours of watching the Lawrence Welk Show.
Mike’s love for music evolved as he spent most summers in band camp. Unable to lose his virginity at these camps, he picked up and mastered playing guitar. If you close your eyes, your mind will hear the exact and unique sounds of Jimmy Page as if he has risen to join Mothership in Mike’s body.
