Sign up for the term for less than $15 a week, or come and try a casual class for $25 and join us as we step away from the hustle and bustle of the daily grind and nurture mind, body and baby with an 8-week yoga-inspired playgroup designed to engage both you and your baby.

Join us as we delve into the realms of self-care, connecting with fellow mums, and bonding with your little one through the serenity of movement and mindfulness.

What to Expect:

🤱 A nurturing, judgment-free space where mums and bubs can engage in playful songs and poses, blending yoga principles with the joy of playgroup activities.
🌿 Introduction to the 8 limbs of yoga, tailored to support your journey through motherhood.
💪 Gentle sequences of poses aimed at aiding recovery during the first 3 years after birth, enhancing pelvic floor and core strength, and easing tension in your back, hips, and shoulders.
🏠 Flexible class structure: whether you seek strength, balance, or simply a moment to unwind with your baby, our classes cater to your needs.
🛌 Nursing and nappy-friendly environment: tend to your baby's needs comfortably.
🩺 Doctor's clearance required: ensure you're ready to resume exercise post-birth.
