Join us from Saturday 18th until Monday 20th March for a relaxing and adventurous weekend exploring Mount Barney National Park!
We'll be staying at Mt Barney Lodge Country Retreat which is beautifully nestled at the base of Mount Maroon, making way for some stunning views. There'll be ample time to relax in the homestead and enjoy some fun and games with the crew, in between exploring some of the national park's most picturesque hikes.
The cost of the trip is $449 which includes 2 nights' accommodation at the Moringarah Homestead, 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, daily yoga on the lawn, entry to the Beaudesert Historical Museum, and all group activities. For more info or if you have any questions, feel free to call Nate on 0411796754.
Itinerary:
SATURDAY 18th March
8:30am - Leave Sunshine Coast (approx. 3 hour drive - carpooling from central location on SC, or organised amongst individual attendees)
11am - Coffee/lunch/pitstop at The Oaky Creek Farm
1pm - Arrive at Mt Barney Lodge and get setup
3:30pm - Yellow Pinch Lookout Walk
6:30pm - Dinner at the Homestead (provided)
SUNDAY
7am - Yoga on the Lawn
8am - Breakfast
9:30am - Cronan Creek Walk (approximately 12 km and 4-5 hours return, including waterfall swim)
2:30pm - Arrive back at the Homestead
6:30pm - Dinner (provided)
MONDAY
7am - Yoga on the Lawn
8am - Breakfast
10am - Check Out
11am - Visit Beaudesert Historical Museum
12pm - Lunch at the Railway Hotel
2pm - Drive home
