Mount Maunganui Meditation Matariki Retreat
Friday 28th - Sunday 30th June 2024
Join us at Mount Maunganui Meditation Immersion for a full weekend of meditation, yoga and wellbeing practices. The experience includes: morning meditation, flow yoga class for all bodies, breathwork, a men’s circle, a women’s circle, sauna sessions (to be booked separately), nourishing dinners, chakra balancing workshop, deep peace relaxation & live music Kirtan meditation.
Tickets - $40 weekend ticket (limited spaces, sauna not included)
Sauna sessions - $25 one hour (to be booked separately)
