Join us for a mountain biking (MTB) fundamentals clinic. Don't have time to join a long mountain biking class but interested in brushing up on MTB fundamentals or new to mountain biking? Learn basic body position and balance on a mountain bike including neutral/ready position, bike body separation, braking, shifting, and more! Fundamentals will teach you essential skills for riding your bike safely, increase your bike confidence which leads to having more fun! This is a co-ed class.
