We want you to have a great experience so here are some things you'll need to know from us and also things we need to know from you.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

The tour starts promptly in front of the white shade houses. If you are going to be late, please ring ahead on 0418 42 3434
Parking is available on the grass in front of the white shade houses which you can enter via the gravel driveway. Alternatively. you can also park in car park located at the next driveway made of concrete, but then you will need to make your way to the white shade houses
The tour is of a working farm and there are usually many gardeners who are going about their work include commercial growers. Everyone is friendly but please be mindful to give them room
You will be at one with nature, so occasionally you'll see living things running around. Don't be alarmed, this is normal for a farm of this size. There are some uniquely Australian fauna we will be pointing out so we ask you keep on eye and lets us know when you see anything
Access to some areas is restricted and we ask you follow the prescribed path and direction
We run our tour in most weather, but if it is particularly bad, we will postpone and offer you a choice of another day or refund. We will let you know the day before your tour.
Some areas of the farm can have puddles so please bring along shoes that don't mind getting wet and muddy
Please bring a hat for sun protection and layered clothing in the event of changing weather conditions

THINGS WE NEED TO KNOW FROM YOU

Please tell us if you have any food allergies or allergies related to insect bites. We will accommodate and advise accordingly. Please bring along any medication in the event they are required
