SUMMER ADDITION GATHERING INCLUDES:

Kundalini YOGA guided practice to warm up your body and connect with in
Mindfulness Nature walk- Connecting to nature and and your senses.
Community Sharing circle- for you to connect, openly share, feel held and supported.
Each gathering will have an element of surprise added which ill intuitively share or bring of the evening( Examples: Meditation, Enjoy refreshing beverage Cacao/ tea, yummy treats, oracle cards, a loving gift)
A safe welcoming space for you to embrace your unique self and connect with community!

Walk- Beginner friendly
Movement- Kundalini yoga suitable for beginners
All are welcome, community feels.
Yoga not suitable for kids. (If you would like to bring your kids please come after the yoga and join in for the mindfulness walk and community connections)
If brining little ones please know the location is close to water :)
