Beginning with gentle fluid movements, similar to Qi Gong & Yoga, & a calming breath flow practice to release any built up tension from your day & reset the nervous system.

Targeting the subtle fascia layers where we form our holding patterns that cause pain & tension in the body. Here we soften, slow down & let go to prepare for deep rejuvenation & meditation.

**I also love to infuse aromatherapy & a little self massage of the neck, head & arms into my offerings to deepen the experience.. (know this is optional) 🤗

Followed by a simple & wholesome tea ceremony as you prepare to snuggle in & allow me to guide you into a deep somatic meditation journey.. accompanied by delicious healing tones & frequencies.. weaved together by moi with love.✨
