It had such a profound effect on her health and sense of wellbeing that she wanted to share it with her friends and family, and so she trained as a Dru yoga teacher.

Dru Yoga is fondly nicknamed “yoga of the heart”. It has a subtle yet powerful way of unlocking the heart and helping you connect to the qualities of love, joy, compassion, gratitude. It was this special “heart opening quality” that drew Morag to become a Dru Yoga teacher. Since 2016 she has touched the hearts of hundreds of people in her classes, workshops, in the workplace, schools and individual in her private coaching sessions.
