Join us for the second edition of our MOVE + MEET event — a celebration of community, movement, and mindfulness brought to you by THE UPSIDE and The Body Method, Cornerstone with all proceeds going to the McGrath Foundation.

This time, we’re bringing the experience indoors for a morning of connection, calm and retail therapy.

9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
