Move for Men 2026

Move for Men is a national charity fitness event bringing communities together to honour the 2,529 Australian men who lost their lives to suicide in 2024 and raise vital funds for mental health through Sana Days Charity.

Founded following the loss of my dad to suicide in 2013, Sana Days exists to promote physical activity, connection and wellbeing as proactive tools for managing mental health. Move for Men is an opportunity to come together, start meaningful conversations, and show that no one has to face life's challenges alone.

The Workout

Teams of four will complete the official "2529" workout:

Part A
• 843 SkiErg calories
• 843 BikeErg calories
• 843 RowErg calories

Total: 2,529 calories

Followed by:

Part B
• 6.9km Team Run

Every calorie and every kilometre represents the lives behind the statistics and the importance of continuing the conversation around men's mental health.

Registration

1 ticket = entry for the entire team

Each team consists of 4 participants can be same sex or mixed!

Team Registration: $50 with all proceeds donated to the Sana Days charity.
