MOVE FOR MEN 2025

We are back for the 2nd year running of the Move for Men event. However this years format has changed! This year will be based out of a gym in teams of 4 hitting targets on the ergs and running between erg stations.

What is Move for Men?

The "Move for Men” event is a powerful workout designed to raise awareness for mens mental health and honour the men in our lives past and present. In Australia we lose on average 6 men per day to suicide.

Brock (the founder of Sana Days) lost his dad to suicide back in 2013. In his honour he started Sana Days Charity to shed light on mental health and provide a platform to proactively make a difference through physical activity and wellbeing initiatives.
