🧘 WHAT TO EXPECT

No yoga experience? Absolutely fine.

This will be a gentle, accessible 60-minute practice with options provided throughout.

✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Warm layers/jumper

This is an outdoor event, so please check the forecast and come prepared for changing weather conditions.

👨‍👩‍👧 KIDS ARE WELCOME

Children and young people under 16 are welcome with adult supervision.

Stick around, connect with the community and enjoy the morning.

Coffee is not included in your ticket, so bring some extra spending money if you'd like to purchase one afterwards.

Changed plans? We understand.

Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event.

Refunds are not available within 48 hours or for non-attendance.

Bring a Friend tickets: If one person can no longer attend, you can bring someone else instead. Partial refunds aren't available. The full 2-person ticket can be refunded up to 48 hours before the event.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be offered a refund in accordance with applicable requirements.
