Move for Mental Health 💙

Join us for a special morning of movement, recovery and connection as we come together to raise funds for the Black Dog Institute’s One Foot Forward campaign.

Your morning will begin with a 45-minute gentle yoga flow, led by Sabrina Lockley, founder of Journey Within Wellbeing. This grounding and accessible class will invite you to slow down, move mindfully and connect with your breath — whether you’re a regular yogi or completely new to the mat.

Following yoga, we’ll transition into a 75-minute recovery session at Sana Recovery, where you’ll have access to their wood-heated saunas and cold plunge baths. Move between the warmth of the sauna and refreshing cold plunge at your own pace while enjoying time to recover and connect with the community.

✨ One ticket, the full experience — your booking includes both the 45-minute Gentle Yoga class and 75-minute Sana Recovery session. No separate bookings are required.

Please arrive 15 minutes early so you have plenty of time to check in, set up your mat and settle in before we begin.
