Abby and Anna have been talking for many months about putting together an event exactly like this.

A nourishing wellness retreat where you're invited to step out of your head and into your body. To really enjoyˆ moving your body with Abby and Anna's guidance. To leave feeling energised, refreshed, and more connected to ourselves and each other.

Together, we’ll move, breathe, create, connect and nourish - in a small, intentional space where there’s nowhere else you need to be.

Your ticket includes:

✨ Pilates with Abby - a time to move and energise your body

✨ Yin Yoga with Anna - a time to slow down, soften and regulate your nervous system

✨ Creative Mindfulness - a cosy, crafty group activity to help you connect more with yourself

✨ Nourishing Nibbles - enjoy some yummy nibbles toward the end of our activities

✨ Connection & Community - meet like-minded women in a warm, welcoming space

✨ Take-home wellbeing tools - practical strategies to support your mental wellbeing beyond the afternoon

✨ Curated self-care gift bag - special, beautiful gifts to take home with you

Come as you are. No fitness level, yoga experience or creative ability required.

We’re intentionally keeping this retreat small, with just 10 tickets available, so we can create a more intimate, connected and meaningful experience for everyone.

We can't wait to see you there x
