Move into the Dry
Event description
The dragon flies are here and it's time to move into the dry season! Join us for a morning at sunrise park where we will be running 30 minutes of dance fitness with Milly from the Jungle Body, 30 minutes of functional training with Zoe from Just Go! and 30 minutes of pilates with Chloe from Flow with Chlo.
Jungle Body is is a dance based fitness class which incorporates easy to learn dance moves with fitness concepts to create a fun and exciting workout.
Just Go Fitness is an innovative and inclusive fitness centre delivering group fitness classes, dedicated to promoting holistic well-being by encouraging individuals to move their bodies, forge connections, and embrace life to the fullest.
Mat Pilates at Flow with Chlo is a low-impact workout that strengthens the core, improves flexibility, and enhances body awareness through controlled movements on a mat.
We'll be providing some fruit and soda water afterwards so stick around and meet this beautiful fitness community.
All you need to bring is a towel, mat and drink bottle!
