This August, Westfield are raising much needed funds and awareness for our National Partner, Lifeline Australia. Money raised from donations from our 'Move it for Mental Health' campaign will help Lifeline continue to be there for all Australians. Join Westfield Southland for a KX Pilates class in support of positive mental health.

Attend the class for a fun and effective workout! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned enthusiast, the KX Pilates instructors will guide you through the class from start to finish. With the added benefit of meeting like-minded individuals who share the same appreciation for wellbeing and fitness. Discover what the world of Pilates has to offer, improve your posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness.

Time: 3 sessions 10.30am-11am, 11.30am-12pm and 12.30pm-1pm
