As part of Move It for Mental Health, we’re bringing the community together for a morning of movement, connection and wellbeing at The Yard Gym, while raising funds for Lifeline.

Payday Workout with The Yard

Get your weekend off to an energetic start with a fun and challenging workout at The Yard Gym.

Pilates with STRONG

Saturday 24 October | 9:00am

Stretch, strengthen and reset with an energising Pilates class led by the team at STRONG.

Everyone who books a class will receive an exclusive Move It for Mental Health pack, featuring goodies from Jerky Co., Spudbar, Johnny Bigg and more.

Supporting Lifeline

All proceeds from the event will support Lifeline, helping provide vital crisis support to Australians experiencing emotional distress. To help make your support go even further, Westfield will dollar-match customer donations, up to the applicable campaign limit. Whether you’re a regular at the gym, love Pilates or simply want to do something positive for your wellbeing, we’d love you to join us.
