    Move Like Water

Embodiment Practices from Yoga and Qigong to Soothe, Strengthen and Restore Your Frazzled Feminine Soul

    🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊

Water is still. Water is flowing.

    Water is quiet, gentle, soothing.

    Water is persistent, powerful.

    Water demands to be heard.

Water keeps itself in balance: steady, cyclical, self-regulating.

    Water nourishes all life.

    🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊

Inspired by Hatha Yoga, Qigong, Breathwork and Meditation, coming together in a deep and powerful practice to support women through times of change and fluctuation, nourish yin energy, balance the endocrine system and soothe our feminine souls.

In these 5 sessions, we tap into the spirit of water and nurture these qualities in ourselves, fostering the qualities of stillness, flow, persistence and power.

We’ll move in flowing, stretchy, delicious ways to become more deeply embodied; use meditation and visualisation to strengthen and empower our inner wise woman; play with breath and sound to heighten our intuition and perception; and deeply, deeply rest.

In this course, you will learn how to:

💧 connect with your fluid body

💧 calm and focus your mind

💧 move with ease and flow

💧 hydrate and mobilise to dissolve resistance, tension and pain.

This is my heart’s passion, bringing together many different aspects of my own personal practice, what I have found to be deeply nurturing and healing. This is work/play/medicine that I sense is much needed now in the world.

If you have been yearning for a more meaningful movement practice - one that brings benefits to your entire body, mind, heart and spirit - you are invited to try this unique combination of healing practices.

Commitment for the whole 5-week term is required to join this class.
