Join us for our end of year MOVE + MEET event — a celebration of community, movement, and mindfulness brought to you by THE UPSIDE and The Body Method, Cornerstone with all proceeds going to the McGrath Foundation.

6:30 AM – 9:00 AM
Join us for a community walk from THE UPSIDE Cornerstone Stores to Currumbin Beach and back! Your favourite The Body Method instructors, along with THE UPSIDE team members, will be walking with you every step of the way.

Afterwards, return to THE UPSIDE store for a complimentary coffee and a chance to shop.

What to bring?
A water bottle to stay hydrated, SPF, your best chat, pets and prams!

9:00 AM – 9:30 AM

Stick around after the walk for your chance to win a major prize, enjoy some shopping, and soak up the community vibes!

Meet at THE UPSIDE Cornerstone, Shop 6 570 Gold Coast Highway, Tugun Queensland, 4224.
