Use your mid day break to get the good chemicals pumping with the FAC's Mood Booster HIIT Session.

Located on the Pool Lawn outside UNSW Fitness & Aquatic Centre, this session is the perfect way to renergize yourself for the second leg of the day.

Our coach will take you through a range of functional movements that utilise multiple energy systems with a tonne of motivation to support you through the session.

Suitable for any level of fitness and exercise experience!
