Join us for a community challenge designed to help you prioritise your mental health and wellbeing through simple, meaningful daily activities.

For one week, we’ll focus on five key areas of wellbeing:

💚 Gratitude – taking time to appreciate the little things
🚶 Movement – getting active and moving your body
💧 Hydration – supporting your body and mind by staying hydrated
🧘 Mindfulness – creating moments to pause, breathe and reconnect
🤝 Connection – building meaningful connections with others

Each day will bring a simple activity that you can easily incorporate into your routine. The challenge is all about small, positive steps that can support your wellbeing and create healthy habits.

The week will culminate in a Community Walk on Saturday 21 November at 1.30pm at Carine Open Space.
