Event Summary

The Move to South Australia Roadshow Employer Information Session will provide an overview of the South Australian Government’s international recruitment initiative, which is returning to the United Kingdom and Ireland in March 2027. Attendees will learn how the Roadshow connects South Australian employers with skilled professionals who are actively exploring opportunities to live and work in South Australia.

The session will outline how the Roadshow operates, the types of candidates it attracts, and how employers can participate. It will also cover the support available through the South Australian Government and the benefits of engaging with prospective migrants through a coordinated, face-to-face recruitment program.

Why Attend?

For employers experiencing skills shortages or recruiting for hard-to-fill roles, the Roadshow offers a practical alternative to traditional recruitment methods. Rather than relying solely on job advertisements and online recruitment platforms, participating employers can meet qualified candidates in person, assess suitability directly and build relationships with prospective employees.

The Roadshow also provides access to new talent pipelines, helping employers attract skills that may be difficult to source locally. By connecting with motivated professionals who have already expressed an interest in relocating to South Australia, businesses can strengthen workforce capability, support future growth and improve their ability to meet current and emerging workforce demands.

For many employers, the Information Session will be an opportunity to determine whether the Roadshow aligns with their workforce needs and learn how participation can support their longer-term recruitment strategy.
