At a time of isolation and working from home, at a time when you may already be wearing leggings because our work outfits just got a little bit comfier, it makes sense to move together!

Just 30 mins of exercise can give us and our body the shake-up it needs to continue working effectively and create some welcome endorphins.

And because we are bringing it to you, it is as simple as scheduling another ZOOM meeting into your day. (With no pressure to have your video on!)
