Keep your body moving well with Qigong Exercise.

This class is ideal for beginners or those looking to support mobility.  

These low impact, highly effective practices are suitable for any body and everybody

Sign up for a class of gentle Qigong practices with fully guided classes led by qualified Medical Qigong Instructor Rosa Mauvra. Rosa has been studying Qigong for over 20 years, & is a trained White Tiger Qigong instructor. 

Each class provides a nourishing collaboration of gentle movement, breath awareness & mindfulness to restore energy & deeply relax the body, to improve overall physical health, and increase emotional resilience & internal harmony.
