This course will work with 8 Trigram Qigong, a dynamic Taoist Medical Qigong in the White Tiger system. Through this form we can learn to cultivate not only the health of the Body, but also work with our Breath and Mind Focus to find greater Balance, Strength and Vitality.

Coil and spiral like a dragon, with rhythmic, flowing exercises to wring out the meridians and deeply massage the internal organs. The entire body is accessed; cultivating a connected core, powerful rooted legs and a strong, supple spine.
