We are not designed for closed spaces, isolation, interaction through tech and a sedentary lifestyle. Our species evolved over thousands of years in wild, natural environments surrounded by community, to truly thrive we need to re-align ourselves with this design.

Our biology is set-up to thrive in these conditions and that is exactly why these re-wilding retreats exist - so that we can celebrate what it means to be human and live according to our nature.

Birdsong, sunshine, laughter, skills, nourishment and natural movement, all day every day. Can you just for a second imagine what that would feel like? Are you alive in that place, do you feel more connected, more vital?

These retreats focus on empowering participants with real-world skills such as bowhunting, foraging, primitive skills and bushcraft, natural movements such as climbing and jumping, and so much more. We balance the learning of these skills with play, connection to nature and community, music and simply enjoying the simple but beautiful things in life - people, firelight, sunshine and nature.

We bring along expert teachers and facilitators to help guide you through the skills we teach. All the nourishing food we provide is organic and/or wild and natural. We get water direct from a spring to give your body the nourishment it needs to experience full health.
