45-Minute Full-Body Pilates Workout

Move through a complete, feel-good Pilates session with hands on adjustments and a focus on technique.

Break Down the Foundations

We will break down the key Pilates shapes so you learn how each foundational shape should look, feel and function in YOUR body.

Personalise Your Practice

Learn simple adjustments and modifications to improve alignment, form and comfort so you get more from your practice.

Move with confidence

Leave feeling empowered and with a deeper connection to your practice. We will share the tools you need to better understand, adjust and correct your own body and feel confident every time you show up on the Mat.

Breath work

Milli will finish the afternoon with guided breath work leaving you feeling calm, grounded and nourished.
