Move with Mum
Event description
Bring Mum to experience Sydney’s incredible Wellness Playground, an oasis of fitness studios, wellness lounges, saunas and luxe amenities on the ground floor of Fitness Playground Marrickville.
Take a 45-minute pilates class together in our Space studio, followed by bubbles and chocolate in our beautiful Wellness Lounge, before Mum takes home a gift from us.
For this special pilates event, our expert instructor will ensure both you and your mum are comfortable and get plenty out of the session, no matter your fitness levels and abilities – thanks to the use of regressions and progressions.
Just a $10 per person donation, which goes to perinatal depression and anxiety charity PANDA.
It’s Fitness Playground’s gift to all the mums (and their big kids!) in the lead up to Mother’s Day.
