Join Cally Malone Coaching and Graced Yoga for a unique, beginner-friendly event that blends cycle education with functional movement — so you can finally understand what your body needs and how to move in a way that supports it.
✨ What to expect:
Cally will guide you through the four phases of your menstrual cycle — shedding light on how your hormones impact energy, motivation, strength, and recovery needs. You’ll learn how to work with your body instead of against it.
Then Cally & Grace will lead four short workouts (15 minutes each) tailored to each cycle phase:
Functional Strength + Cardio
Full Body Strength
Flowing Yoga
Gentle, Restorative Yoga
