    'Move Your Body' Senior Exercise program!

    Over 8 weeks, we offer 16 enjoyable and gentle exercise sessions designed to boost your strength, balance, and coordination. Each week, you'll attend two 45-minute sessions at McDougall Park in Como, making use of the outdoor exercise equipment installed in 2019. Our qualified project instructor will guide you through the exercises and provide free weights for added challenge.

    To maximize your progress, we'll also give you simple take-home exercises to practice between sessions. Your safety is our priority, so before starting the program, we'll ask you to complete a health check form and participate in a falls risk assessment. Let's move and thrive together!
