Bush Play Family Times
Event description
We are a friendly, family get together group for all families and our young ones.
Families that want something different than mainstream parenting, lifestyle and/or education.
We live in Serpentine/Jarrahdale, Rockingham and Kwinana LGAs and surrounds.
Each fortnight we will have the option to go for a bush walk, play in the creek, explore the bush, share a song on singing rock, chill out under the big shady trees and have a yarn.
BYO food, water and sun protection. Public toilets available.
Look out for an email after you book with more info about planned activities for the day.
Meet at the giant log behind the car park 10am
Bush walk starts around 10:15am
ALL LANGUAGES, ALL AGES, ALL ABILITIES WELCOME
This is a dry space, please respect other families by not drinking or smoking.
Our events are on Noongar Boodja - Noongar Country, where sovereignty was not ceded. We acknowledge, respect and appreciate all traditional owners as ongoing custodians of the land, water, sky, culture, lore and song lines. In the spirit of reconciliation, Sunny Shaun from Active Education WA aims to build community connections and healthy, sustainable practices by learning from others and sharing knowledge, skills, good times, snacks and a cuppa.
