A return to the dance floor of life!

Yes! A time to move, a time to free the body, to enliven the senses as well as listen to them. This is sacred dance time, where you get to be yourself and do the dance that no one else can, where your movement heals and reveals, breath becomes fluid and the soul rejoices.

Each week we follow the Open Floor Movement Practice but are not limited by it so we may try other tools to get us into a vibrant, juicy dance. The dance may be on your own or with others or all together with the whole room in a pumping, jumping frenzy! Though this is not an ecstatic dance, there surely will be moments of ecstasy and if you are open and willing to try the subtle dance of inquiry then each moment will become ecstasy.

Dance how ever you wish, we'll guide you to begin with an exercise or two based on the evening's CMR (Core Movement Resource) then feel free to explore this further in your own way and how ever it turns up for you.

We dance mid week because it fills our cup, we dance for release, healing, pleasure and grounding but most of all because it reminds us of who we really are, and that can not be written or drawn, it is felt.

Door open 6:15pm, this is precious warm up time, lovely music will help you settle into the space.

Doors close at 6:30 no entry after then, guidance begins setting the evenings movement resource.

We have recently capped the tickets at 45 to ensure we have ample room to move and enjoy a good dance. Once sold out a waiting list will activate for any cancellations prior to 24hrs before the event.

Dancing Dhevas is a free form practice that invites you to engage in life as only you can, to move with such authenticity that it liberates the bubbles of ecstasy.

Conscious Dance is a process of delving into your own individual, original dance, it is so unique to you and how you move that it can not be reproduced by anyone else. This gives us the freedom from constraints and judgements so we can explode our potential to move until it unleashes the dancer within. The room takes on a different energy as everyone drops into their dance and natural ecstasy is reached.
