GSC Finance Solutions, in conjunction with Wonder Yoga Geelong, are proud to host Movember Mindfulness, a session dedicated to raising funds for the Movember Foundation.

Spend the morning with us practicing Yoga with Wonder's Ben Duggan, a 45 minute Gentle Flow session designed to wake up your body and spend some time on your mind and breath. This session is designed for beginners through to experienced Yogis so everyone is catered for - importantly Yoga is about spending time on yourself rather than others.

There will be a small number of yoga mats you can borrow for the morning, so please bring one along if you have access to one as we cannot guarantee availability.

From there we will also provide a nutritious breakfast as well as coffee to get us going. We will also chat about the importance of mental health and have time to mingle and chat before racing off to the office.
