Yoga & Breath - Sunday afternoon nervous system reset

Welcome to your Sunday afternoon reset.
Kath Watson will guide you through 45 minutes of gentle, restorative yin yoga, followed by a 45 minute breath flow session with Sam from The Let Go.
This mindful and meditative combination will help regulate and reset the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety, lowering cortisol levels, and promoting a sense of calm, clarity and presence.
This session is an invitation to let go, relax and return to your centre. You'll leave feeling grounded in your body, clear in your mind, and emotionally centred.
All are welcome - no experience necessary!
