ABOUT YOUR HOSTS:

Nicole from Joyful Movement Nia has completed the White Belt & Blue Belt trainings of Nia. Ongoing struggles with different body ailments led her to find Nia. Discovering Nia completely changed her view of pain & what mindful movement could do to assist with physical healing as well as the emotional aspects of healing. Through movement we can find peace with ourselves & our bodies and be more present. Join her at her weekly Nia classes in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs to experience the benefits of this unique movement practice. Click here to read more.
