What's included in your ticket:

Slow moving, recharging restorative Lunar Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga - lead by Maria from Tonic Pilates Collective
Followed by a relaxing Savasana Sound Healing Meditation - by Tamara from Uniquely Balanced Margaret River
Finish off with a nurturing warm cup of Medicinal Mushroom Cacao - from Supreme Shrooms

For the practice, wear comfortable clothes and BYO blanket and anything else to make your Savasana cosy and comfortable.

Tickets are $40 - places limited, relaxation abundant!!

We can't wait to share the space with you. All bodies and abilities welcome.

*Note: this is a fundraising event run by Tonic Pilates Collective, Uniquely Balanced Margaret River and Supreme Shrooms. All proceeds go towards the Margaret River Montessori School's Upper Primary camp which is later on this year. You are also invited to add an extra donation at time of purchasing tickets, if you wish (not compulsory, but very much gratefully appreciated).
