A Workshop with Maddy Rose

Unlock creativity and reconnect with your power!

This workshop uses simple choreography and breath to explore different frequencies in your own body. Participants will leave with a method to engage movement in many areas of their lives, whether to work through creative blocks, clear stagnant energy, or simply incorporate more play into daily life.

NO prior dance experience necessary. Maddy Rose meets you where you are to engage with the creative life force that runs through all of us.

The aim of this workshop is for every participant to walk away feeling empowered, grounded, and embodied.

A lifelong enthusiast of dance and movement, Maddy Rose began her formal training in dance over a decade ago. She specializes in social dances, with a particular focus on Latin as well as Swing dances including Lindy Hop, West Coast, and Blues. She has also received training in hip hop and ballroom. Currently, she is studying pole dance at Studio Spin (Pole Cabal) in Lancaster. Throughout Maddy's life, dance has been a powerful tool for reconnecting with her body and unlocking her creativity. Having personally experienced the healing power of movement, she is passionate about sharing its transformative potential with others.
