Move Intuitively - Release Stress - Feel Alive

We warmly invite you to explore the energies of the elements - earth, air, fire and water - through a blend of lightly guided and free-flow dance/movement.

This circle is a space to listen to your body, move stagnant energy, and connect with a sense of authenticity, play and aliveness.

No dance experience is needed. It is not about performance, but about moving in the way that feels most natural to you.

The evening will include a 40-minute movement journey to curated world music, followed by time for reflection with art materials and hot drinks. We will close with a brief sharing circle.
