EaseOfMotion: Movement Development
Event description
Reawaken the built-in intelligence of your body. Online movement exploration using the Alexander Technique Principles in application to developmental movement.
This is a session that invites you to explore simple movements sequences that reeducate the body-instrument in the safety of your home as we still practice social distancing.
The use of Dart Procedures will introduce the skills and knowledge required to improve postural support, balance, movement and breathing in daily life functioning. This will develop an awareness of habitual patterns of tension and provide a foundation of embodied knowledge.
