Movement In Truth is a conscious dance-movement-meditation practice where you are invited to embrace and embody love, presence and intimacy with yourself and others. A space to meet in intimacy without words, where the exploration of contact is invited, but not essential. Gently guided, you are invited to experiment by moving into connection with others or into deeper intimacy with yourself – the choice is yours in every moment.

Through deep listening, tenderness and care, we learn to Move in Truth and honesty, guided by the music and our own heart pull.  Ever curious, feeling, opening, softening into the body, letting go to the ground.  Fast or slow, dynamic or still, toward or away, in or out, here and there, deepening in presence, being with – what is our true movement in the moment?  The invitation to move and be moved, to play and connect, to rest and observe...

Come, join us in this sacred play, embodying the dance of life in human form. You are welcome just as you are – no skills or experience needed, just an open heart, curiosity and willingness to explore and deepen connection.

 
About Emma:

Emma is yoga/meditation teacher, movement facilitator, guide and dancer, offering embodied movement, meditation, workshops, retreats and 1-1 sessions to awaken and embodying Love. She encourages intimacy and presence whether in movement or stillness. With over 25 years devoted to Truth, she teaches very much through her embodied presence.

Emma is a living Inspiration, a guide to reflect, inspire and remind us of who and what we are.  Being with Emma is an inspiration to Dive In, Let Love and Let Life through joy and playful exploration.

GUIDELINES
1. No talking - communicating through the body is welcome
2. No shoes on the dance floor
3. No phones - please keep phones on silent
4. Mutual respect - please take responsibility for yourself and be mindful of others and their personal space.
5. No photographs -
NB. there may be a few photos/videos taken of the DJ/Facilitator and a few subtle shots of silhouetted dancers or feet. The aim is for dancers to not be identifiable in footage but to have something to capture the energy to use in promotions.
6. No drugs/alcohol - this is a clean, conscious space

PARKING
Free parking in the St Mary's Hall Carpark. Space for approx 20-25 cars - first come first served! Please do not arrive more than 20 mins before a dance.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Tickets are not refundable unless the event is cancelLed. You may sell your ticket on and change the name on the ticket yourself - please let us know at the door.If online sales sell out there will be a limited number of tickets available on the door.

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING

Wear comfy clothes that you can move to and layers to keep warm/cool. We dance barefoot or in gripped socks. Bring some water or a refreshing drink.Thank you for adhering to these guidelines - it creates safety for all of us to dive deep into Self.
