SACRED SUNDAYS - 1st, 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month (with some exceptions, please check dates), 10am-12pm - Meads Hall, Meads, Eastbourne

A dance-movement-meditation practice to awaken the joyful body of Being, embodying Presence through stillness and movement. An inclusive space where all of you is welcome. Discover your Self through authentic movement, open to freedom, let go and let life! No movement experience necessary. ​

Eclectic deep sounds from immersive to soulful, electronic to organic, ancient to future. Deep dancing for ecstatic and conscious dance lovers.

GUIDELINES
1. No talking - communicating through the body is welcome
2. No shoes on the dance floor
3. No phones - please keep phones on silent
4. Mutual respect - please take responsibility for yourself and be mindful of others and their personal space.
5. No photographs -
NB. there may be a few photos/videos taken of the DJ/Facilitator and a few subtle shots of silhouetted dancers or feet. The aim is for dancers to not be identifiable in footage but to have something to capture the energy to use in promotions.
6. No drugs/alcohol - this is a clean, conscious space

PARKING
Free parking in the St Mary's Hall Carpark. Space for approx 20-25 cars - first come first served! Please do not arrive more than 20 mins before a dance.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Tickets are not refundable unless the event is cancelLed. You may sell your ticket on and change the name on the ticket yourself - please let us know at the door.If online sales sell out there will be a limited number of tickets available on the door.

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING

Wear comfy clothes that you can move to and layers to keep warm/cool. We dance barefoot or in gripped socks. Bring some water or a refreshing drink.Thank you for adhering to these guidelines - it creates safety for all of us to dive deep into Self.
