The Movement is Medicine - Part Two Health Expo is for the Tumbarumba community to share what they have on offer to enhance the health and wellness for our locals.
Food and drinks will be available to purchase on the day, entry tickets can be purchased online or on the day with cash.
Your entry donation includes a facility tour at 10am or 1.30pm if you wish to explore the Tumbarumba Gym and/or Ahara Wellness and Recovery.
You will also be automatically entered into the draw to win prizes on the day;

Listen to guest speakers, explore the various stalls and come along and learn something new.
