No equipment is needed & it’s fabulous for those healing or with injuries because all movement is directed by you in constant conversation with your body. Improve your balance and mobility and reconnect with your creativity as we journey through simple movement patterns and qualities and learn to vocalise safely and efficiently – unlocking the body and voice and discovering new levels of freedom, confidence & self-acceptance

Cass has toured the world as a professional dancer and is a trained actor, singer & voice artist.
She has taken the best tools from her experience within these conventional & structured theatre forms to develop a method of gentle dance based movement and voice work that empowers and liberates those that have never had the privilege of theatre arts training. We demystify the voice and explore movement that feels comfortable & joyous in the body. Guided by breath and awareness focused in the body, this is real movement meditation.
