Movement lounge is a space for conscious somatic movement and exploration for women: yoga-inspired, dance-inspired for whole body care and awakening, centered in your pelvis and core awareness.

Movement Lounge cultivates sensory and body awareness, curiosity, and a relationship with movement, flow, and rhythm. We explore patterns, postures and pleasure. We move for optimal function and fascial unwinding, deepening connection and restoring vitality. Breath expands, holding softens, and strength emerges as embodiment. Movement Lounge is an empowering space grounded in the pillars of the Pelvic Harmony™ Method and attunement to your inner medicine.

Jade weaves together diverse movement practices with her passion and lifelong study of technical and improvisational dance, creating an experience that deepens awareness, liberates old tense patterns and encourages radical self expression.

Movement Lounge is the synthesis of over 26 years teaching yoga and other forms of conscious movement, such as JourneyDance™, Restore Your Core®, Pelvic Floor Yoga, Psoas Savvy Core Awareness (Liz Koch), Regenerative Alchemy Somatic Coaching and Jade’s personal movement explorations.

We tend to what is present. We relax, roll and move to connect and unwind. We use touch to bring release and healing. We dance to liberate. We are guided by pleasure.

We soften to strengthen.

We tune in to listen.

We respond to nourish and repair.

We move to restore and seek pleasure.

We honor all parts of our bodies, our selves.

We become womb-centered and free.

THE SERIES

In Movement Lounge, we explore the whole body through the channel of the jaw to pelvis and down through to the feet. Each class offers some foundational pieces, as well as different movements and hands-on care. You won’t be lost if you drop into one class, but you will receive more if you come to the whole series. Movement Lounge is a space that invites you deeper into your body, weaving practices to explore the pelvic bowl, womb and feminine power. It also inspires your personal practice and self-care.

Class 1, Sept. 28: Exploring jaw to pelvis with hands-on jaw care

Class 2, Oct. 19: Womb care & Pelvic Harmony™

Class 3, Nov. 16: Root down, pelvis to feet

Class 4: Dec. 14: Ovaries and What Your Womb Wants

About Your Facilitator, Jade Groff

Jade Groff, CNM, LMT, is a Women’s Pelvic Care and Hormonal Wellness Practitioner and Educator, Somatic Coach and Founder of the Pelvic Harmony Method, with over 30 years of experience. Jade is devoted to supporting women from preconception through menopause in resolving a myriad of pelvic symptoms, hormonal imbalance, and trauma through holistic, body-centered care. The relationship between the pelvis and the nervous system is at the core of her work.

Working with Jade, women navigate life’s transitions, reconnecting with their body, womb center and feminine wisdom. Her approach is grounded and intuitive, empowering women on what she calls the living healing journey, restoring trust, health, and wholeness.

Jade finds her center, her body and inner medicine on the dance floor and sacred movement spaces. She is excited to gather in the Movement Lounge with you.
