  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Join me for a mixed-modality class including yoga, qigong, breath-work and meditation to connect you back to yourself. We move through the practice with integrity and intuition, leaving you with a feeling of clarity, lightness and joy. 

What better way to connect with community than through sharing in a beautiful, intentional morning practice!
