Movement Medicine is a body based movement meditation

All of us have been born into the rhythm of our mothers heartbeat.

So rhythm is deep in our bones and reconnecting with rhythm through free movement in a safe, non judgemental space is extremely healing.

Aligning body, heart and mind gives us a beautiful presence and inner peace.

This makes us more resilient not only in the dance environment but in life itself.

No knowledge or experience needed. Everyone is a dancer, we just let the natural movement arise.

With captivating music, Daniela will gently lead you into your personal dance.

We’ll start with awakening the dancer, gently led by Daniela then moving with the elements, ending with a lay down in stillness.

The last half hour will be dedicated to sing some Mantras together.

Daniela has studied Conscious Dance at the school of Movement Medicine in the UK between 2013-2019 and is a certified teacher.

Age 15 +

We dance barefoot or with indoor dance shoes
