The Threshold

We gather two days before the new moon, in the space the calendar doesn't name. Not yet the reset. Not quite the ending. The threshold.

This is the dark moon, where the sky holds its breath and the body knows something the mind hasn't caught up to yet. Deep in a Canberra winter, that knowing goes further still. Cancer's waters are rising. Mercury moves backward through emotional memory, not to reopen wounds, but to retrieve what's still worth keeping.

This is an invitation to inhabit the liminal with your whole body. To move from what is almost ready, the intention not yet formed, the feeling not yet named.

We'll explore:

What am I carrying that belongs to the past?
What wants to be released before the new moon plants something new?

We begin in stillness, letting the winter quiet come all the way in. Movement unfolds slowly and intuitively, no performance, only permission. We close in warmth, with tea and grounded connection.

You're welcome exactly as you are.

Come as you are. The threshold holds you.
