Movement Meditation: SEASONS SHAKE
As we prepare to transition into a new season, we invite you to open the floor with us to connect inward, witness what’s present, and move through it with breath and intention.
This gentle yet enlivening session begins with an intention-setting practice, guiding you into a movement meditation designed to help you reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence. Using breath, embodied awareness, and soulful curated music, we’ll move through what has been, land in what is now, and maybe even enjoy a little boogie along the way.
You’re welcome exactly as you are, this space is open to all levels of movement experience. We’ll close with time for stillness, integration, connection, and grounding through tea and snacks before we wrap.
Let this be a space to honour the shifts within and around you with curiosity, movement, and community.
Arrival:
Please arrive on time for a 2:00 PM start. Give yourself a few moments to settle in before we begin.
What to Bring:
A water bottle
A bolster or cushion if you'd like extra support during brief seated moments
What to Wear:
Comfortable, stretchy layers that allow for ease of movement. Please note that shoes are not permitted on the wooden floor you’ll be moving barefoot.
The only guideline:
Bring respect for yourself and those around you stay present with your personal experience, and aim to let go of judgment as much as possible.
