An easy, soulful movement/discussion class using movement to music to aid in the release of stuck emotions from the body.

Move, let go, release and experience the powerful and enjoyable effects on the soul of moving to music in this way.

Reconnect with your body- this class helps to restore harmony to areas that may be stuck/storing emotions you may or may not be aware of.

The class consists of:

-Discussion around emotions that may be stored in a particular area (WEEK 1: HIPS)

-Basic movement sequences to music (usually afro/tribal/meditative) with Kate

-Stretch and guided meditation to finish.

This class is for both those who are having issues with emotions/stress/body connection or simply for those who want to experience the class style.
